ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.

The error ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK indicates that the Pearson VUE account used to register for the Microsoft exam has been blocked, typically due to multiple failed payment attempts.

This issue cannot be resolved through Microsoft Learn or Q&A and must be handled directly by Pearson VUE support. The required action is:

    1. Contact Pearson VUE support using the channel indicated on the Microsoft Certification Support page: https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport.
    2. Inform them that ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is occurring when attempting to schedule exam GH-300 and request that the block on the account be investigated and lifted.

Several similar cases (including for PL-300, MB-500, and other certifications) were resolved only after Pearson VUE support removed the block on the account.
